At Punta Monterrey, we are animal and nature lovers. Pets are welcome as long as they comply with our strict pet policy and owners assume 100% responsibility for any actions or damages their pets may cause.

- Pet fee of $600 MXN per night.

- Maximum of 2 pets per room.

- Maximum of 8 pets in the entire hotel.

- Maximum weight allowed: 40 kg (88 lbs).

REQUIREMENTS

• Current vaccination record

• Proof of taking bravecto within the last 4 months

• Bring a towel for your pet

HOUSE RULES

• Leashes are mandatory at all times in the beach and common areas.

• The owner must immediately clean up their pet's excrement or wash away urine with water.

• The owner is responsible for any altercations with other pets or third parties.

• The owner must ensure their pet does not disturb other guests with barking.

NOT ALLOWED:

• Pets in the dining area or kitchen; we have pet tie stations available.

• Pets alone in the room.

• Pets on the bed.

• Using the hotel's bowls for pets; owners must bring their own.

• Using the hotel's towels, sheets, or pillows for pets is prohibited under any circumstances.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN FINANCIAL PENALTIES STARTING AT $1000 PESOS. IF VIOLATIONS PERSIST, THE RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED WITHOUT A REFUND.
