IN PUNTA MONTERREY WE ARE LOVERS OF ANIMALS AND NATURE. PETS ARE WELCOME AS LONG AS THEY COMPLY WITH OUR STRICT PETS REGULATION AND THE OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR 100% OF THE ACTS OR DAMAGES THAT THEIR PET MAY CAUSE.

- Fee of $300 MXN per night per pet.

- Maximum 2 pets per room.

- Maximum 8 pets in the entire hotel.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Current vaccination record

• Proof of taking bravecto in the last 4 months

STRICT REGULATIONS

• Mandatory leash use in common areas

• The pet can NOT stay ALONE in the room

• The pet can NOT SLEEP on the bed or sofa.

• The pet can NOT USE THE DISHES of the place

• The owner must immediately CLEAN UP their pet's POOP

• The owner is responsible for any altercation that occurs between his pets and those of other clients.

• The owner will ensure that your pet will not bark other customers during the night.

• The pet cannot run loose in the common areas of the property.

IF THE REGULATION IS NOT COMPLIED WITH, WE WILL NEED TO ASK THEM TO LEAVE OUR FACILITIES.
