In the driest months of the year we have to buy water trucks to adjust the supply of hotel water.
All our toilets are ecological, it means that they spend 3.8 liters of water per discharge, also we have dry urinals in the common bathrooms for men and women, in the same way, we are proud to say that the condensers of the air conditioners pour the water into our plants. We also separate gray water and it is used for irrigation.

None of our trash cans have a bag (except the trash cans used for toilet paper for hygiene reasons, because we have septic tanks), that is, every day when cleaning and garbage collection we carry a single large garbage bag where we deposit the garbage of all containers. Since we separate and recycle, the garbage we dispose of is clean and there is no need to use separate bags. Anyway we wash the trash containers to avoid germs.
