Yoga Retreats

A natural, intimate and private environment is ready for your workshops, retreats, and exhibitions in the middle of the jungle. The dimensions of our studio are 30 x 41 f = 1230 sqf, the ideal space to unite people, balancing the mind and the body surrounded by nature.

Includes yoga equipment for up to 30 people (yoga mats, straps, blocks, bolsters and blankets), wood floor (teka), triple height palm roof, glass sliding doors, restrooms, windows and lights with dimmer.

We have a wheelchair access ramp. If you have special needs for your yoga group or retreat, our staff will be happy to assist you at all times.

PUNTA MONTERREY TROPICAL BEACH RESORT has an experienced kitchen staff.They will highlight your experience with locally sourced food and accommodate any dietary restrictions or food preferences such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free etc.
