IN PUNTA MONTERREY WE ARE LOVERS OF ANIMALS AND NATURE. ALL PETS ARE WELCOME. WE HAVE A RIGOROUS PET REGULATIONS AND THE OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR 100% OF THE ACTS OR DAMAGES THAT MAY BE CAUSED BY YOUR PET.

- $ 200 MXN fee per night per pet
- Maximum 2 pets per room.
- Maximum 8 pets throughout the hotel.

STRICT REGULATION

  • The pet CANNOT be left ALONE in the room
  • The pet CANNOT SLEEP on the bed or sofa
  • The pet CANNOT USE DISHES from the place
  • The owner must immediately CLEAN the EXCREMENT of his pet
  • The owner is responsible for any altercation that occurs between his pets and from other clients.
  • The owner will ensure that the pet will not bother with barking overnight at other clients.
  • The pet cannot be loose in the common areas of the property.

IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE REGULATIONS WE WILL NEED TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE OUR FACILITIES.
